Why Welcome Series Win
Our research this past quarter found that welcome emails, especially those that are part of a series, outperformed their promotional peers.
Some key findings:
- Welcome emails had higher open, click and transaction metrics than promotional mailings throughout the series (four-part series).
- First welcome mailings sent as real-time triggers had 14X higher transaction rates than first mailings sent as bulk.
